By joining the Updaited waitlist or using the Updaited service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Beta service

Updaited is currently in private beta. The service is provided as-is and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice. Features described on the website are aspirational and may not yet be fully implemented.

Use of the service

• You must provide a valid email address to join the waitlist.
• You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.

Content and accuracy

Updaited uses AI to summarize information from public sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that briefings are complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Do not rely on Updaited for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Updaited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
